Danish photographer and filmaker Simon Ladefoged manages to capture the never-before-seen dimension of Copenhagen's infamous Restaurant Noma.

The head chef, René Redzepi talks about the importance of the staff's 'family' meal in terms of recooperating, talking about food and being together.
