Medium packages Royal Mail Tracked 24

Large packages Parcel Force Tracked 24

Any information that we hold on you is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not pass your details to any other business.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT

Please remember that you may be asked to pay customs fees and import duties for your own country. We recommend checking this before committing to your order. 

The buyer is responsible for any charges applied to the package at customs.

Should the buyer refuse to pay any custom duties and tax, it is then the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the goods are shipped back to us in order to receive a refund.

Returns are processed once the goods reach us. 

RETURNS

All orders must be returned within 28 days of delivery. Items must be clean, unused, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging.

Delivery costs for returns are non-refundable. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the buyer. 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned. All sale items are final.  Promotional discount sales are only eligible for exchange.

Please use a trackable shipping service to send your item back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and if approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
