Join us for an autumnal weekend of gathering, learning and reconnecting with our hands with a series of sewing and indigo dyeing workshops at Argal Home Farm
Lead by Francli co-founder Ali Goodman and designer, maker and natural dyer Sarah Johnson

Workshop 9.30am - 1.30pm
Tea, coffee and cake at 11am
The day will start with a tour of the Argal Home Farm land and studios before retreating into the warmth of the Francli studio. After an introduction to our industrial sewing machines, you will choose from a selection of fabric colours and Ali and Sarah will lead you through the steps of constructing your unique Work Apron.
Sewing experience helpful but not necessary

The day will start with a tour of the Argal Home Farm land and studios before retreating into the warmth of the Francli studio. After an introduction to our industrial sewing machines, Ali and Sarah will lead you through the steps of constructing your unique Work Apron from raw cotton canvas. When the aprons are ready, Sarah will take us to the agricultural barn where the vat will be ready for garment dyeing your apron with natural indigo.
Sewing experience helpful but not necessary
Wear non precious clothing, bring warm layers and sturdy shoes
