NOGI CLOTHING
Bringing you a collection of heirloom sheepskin garments by Allegra Moorehead.
With an entirely hand stitched process Allegra works in rhythm with natural materials and her surrounding granite moorlands of West Penwith. Hand punching every hole and slowly weaving the hides together with beeswaxed cotton thread. The ritual of the process and wonder as they take form honours the animal that they came from and rediscovers a richness in our clothing that has become lost.
Beautifully finished, wearable artwork that can safely return to the ground after more than a lifetime.
